Payment Data

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Sensitive payment details such as your card number are not stored on the Platform's servers; they are processed directly by Stripe. We only keep limited information such as the amount and result of a transaction.

Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service, data may be shared only to the extent necessary with the following providers: hosting/infrastructure, email delivery (Resend), payment (Stripe) and, with your consent, analytics/advertising (Google, Meta).

International Transfers

Some service providers may host servers abroad. In that case, your data is transferred with safeguards appropriate to applicable law.

Retention Period

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as our legal obligations require. If you delete your account, your data is deleted or anonymised, subject to statutory retention periods.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed with strong algorithms, admin access is protected by two-factor authentication, and data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
