Terms of Use

By using the Türkiye Factory platform (the "Platform") you accept the following terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Platform.

Nature of the Service

The Platform is an intermediary service that connects brands with manufacturers. Responsibility for the contract, price, payment, production and delivery relationship between the parties belongs to those parties. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of statements made by manufacturers or brands.

Account and Membership

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and for actions taken through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You may not share unlawful, misleading, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Paid Services and Payment

Pro membership is offered in two ways: (1) one-time payment — €99, lifetime access; or (2) monthly subscription — €7.25/month. The monthly subscription has a minimum term of 3 months: the first payment covers 3 months upfront (€21.75), after which membership renews automatically at €7.25 per month. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the minimum 3-month amount paid upfront is non-refundable. Paid digital content is subject to separate charges. All payments are taken securely through our payment provider Stripe; your card details are not stored on our servers. Prices are shown on the relevant pages.

Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

For digital content and services performed instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once download/access has been provided, due to their nature. Cancellation requests made before access is provided are evaluated. For refund requests, contact info@turkiyefactory.com.

Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ownership of and rights to the content you upload. The Platform's brand, logo, software and content are protected and may not be used without permission.

Prohibited Uses

• Actions that threaten the Platform's security or disrupt its operation
• Unauthorised data collection, automated access or use of malicious software
• Creating fake accounts or acting on behalf of others

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Platform cannot be held liable for the commercial relationships between parties, the actions of manufacturers or brands, or indirect damages.

Suspension and Termination

In case of a breach of these terms, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. You may terminate your membership at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
